Electric Gate Valve

Product Introduction:

An electric gate valve is a combination of an electric actuator and a gate valve. It is a fully open or fully closed type of valve, requiring operation in either a fully open or fully closed position. It cannot be used to regulate the flow rate of the medium and can only be equipped with an on-off type electric actuator. Forcing the valve to a partial open position will significantly shorten the valve’s service life.

Product Features:

The valve seat should have an elastic structure with pre-tightening force, and both upstream and downstream valve seats should be sealed simultaneously. The valve seat and the sealing material should always maintain a face-to-face seal.

The valve seat should have a self-cleaning function and should not be directly impacted by airflow during the opening or closing process. The valve seat should be made of a lubricated, non-damaging material.

The failure of the valve actuator should not affect other parts of the valve, and maintenance and replacement work can be carried out without removing the valve.
