A maioria dos atuadores inclui uma roda de acionamento manual especificamente para esse fim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verifique os Requisitos de Tens\u00e3o e Sinal de Controle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confirme se a tens\u00e3o de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do local corresponde \u00e0 placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do atuador antes que qualquer trabalho el\u00e9trico comece.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um atuador de 24V CC em uma fonte de 240V CA n\u00e3o sobreviver\u00e1 \u00e0 energiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Confirme tamb\u00e9m se o tipo de sinal de controle (4-20mA, 0-10V ou bin\u00e1rio liga\/desliga) corresponde ao sinal dispon\u00edvel do sistema de controle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tipos de sinal incompat\u00edveis s\u00e3o uma causa comum de falha de comissionamento que as verifica\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas sozinhas n\u00e3o detectar\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etapa 1: Monte o Atuador na V\u00e1lvula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com as pr\u00e9-verifica\u00e7\u00f5es conclu\u00eddas, a montagem f\u00edsica \u00e9 simples em conjuntos compat\u00edveis com ISO. O acionamento do atuador acopla-se \u00e0 haste da v\u00e1lvula.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em v\u00e1lvulas multi-volta, o acionamento \u00e9 tipicamente uma tomada de acionamento quadrada ou hexagonal que engata diretamente na haste da v\u00e1lvula.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em v\u00e1lvulas de quarto de volta, o acionamento engata uma haste que \u00e9 chavetada ou possui faces usinadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abaixe o atuador na flange da v\u00e1lvula e alinhe o padr\u00e3o dos parafusos de montagem. ISO 5210 especifica o di\u00e2metro do c\u00edrculo de parafusos e o tamanho do parafuso para cada tamanho de flange.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F07, por exemplo, usa um parafuso M10 em um c\u00edrculo de parafusos de 102 mm. Aperte os parafusos de montagem de acordo com a especifica\u00e7\u00e3o do fabricante da v\u00e1lvula. Apertar pouco deixa a junta solta. Apertar demais pode rachar uma tampa de v\u00e1lvula fundida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usando um <strong>Suporte de Montagem do Atuador<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando um suporte \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio, monte primeiro o suporte na v\u00e1lvula e, em seguida, monte o atuador no suporte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O suporte deve incluir um acoplamento que transmita torque do acionamento do atuador para a haste da v\u00e1lvula sem introduzir desalinhamento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualquer desvio angular entre o eixo de sa\u00edda do atuador e a haste da v\u00e1lvula causa desgaste prematuro. N\u00e3o deve haver emperramento, pontos de aperto ou resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica al\u00e9m do torque normal de opera\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00e1lvula.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se houver emperramento, a haste e o acoplamento de acionamento provavelmente est\u00e3o desalinhados. Corrija o alinhamento antes de prosseguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etapa 2: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aox-actuator.com\/pt\/blog\/how-limit-switch-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ajuste os Fim de Curso<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os fim de curso definem as posi\u00e7\u00f5es totalmente aberta e totalmente fechada para a l\u00f3gica de controle e indica\u00e7\u00e3o do atuador.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajust\u00e1-los corretamente \u00e9 uma das etapas mais importantes em como instalar um atuador el\u00e9trico em conjuntos de v\u00e1lvulas. \u00c9 tamb\u00e9m uma das etapas mais apressadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A maioria dos atuadores el\u00e9tricos possui dois conjuntos de fim de curso ajust\u00e1veis: um para a posi\u00e7\u00e3o aberta e outro para a posi\u00e7\u00e3o fechada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O procedimento varia por modelo de atuador, mas a sequ\u00eancia geral \u00e9 consistente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a v\u00e1lvula acionada manualmente para totalmente fechada, ajuste o fim de curso fechado at\u00e9 que ele dispare nessa posi\u00e7\u00e3o exata. Em seguida, acione a v\u00e1lvula para totalmente aberta e ajuste o fim de curso aberto para corresponder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em atuadores modulantes, os fim de curso definem os pontos finais de curso para a faixa de posi\u00e7\u00e3o de 4-20mA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4mA corresponde a um ponto final, 20mA ao outro. Os fim de curso devem ser ajustados antes de calibrar o posicionador, n\u00e3o depois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confirme a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do interruptor acionando o atuador at\u00e9 cada extremidade do curso. Verifique se a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de posi\u00e7\u00e3o no visor local ou indicador remoto muda de estado corretamente em cada ponto final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etapa 3: Conecte a Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e o Sinal de Controle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trabalho el\u00e9trico em <strong>instala\u00e7\u00e3o do atuador de v\u00e1lvula<\/strong> deve ser realizado por um eletricista qualificado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A caixa de terminais do atuador cont\u00e9m terminais separados para fonte de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, entrada de sinal de controle e contatos de sa\u00edda para feedback de posi\u00e7\u00e3o e alarmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passe os cabos pelas entradas apropriadas da prensa-cabos. A maioria dos atuadores industriais possui v\u00e1rias entradas de prensa-cabos dimensionadas para di\u00e2metros externos de cabos padr\u00e3o. N\u00e3o use uma prensa-cabos superdimensionada com enchimento ao redor de um cabo subdimensionado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isso compromete a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o IP do inv\u00f3lucro e \u00e9 uma causa comum de entrada de umidade em instala\u00e7\u00f5es externas ou de lavagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conectando o Sinal de Controle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para controle modulante de 4-20mA, conecte o loop de sinal de acordo com o diagrama de fia\u00e7\u00e3o no manual do atuador. A maioria dos atuadores aceita configura\u00e7\u00f5es de sinal de dois e quatro fios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confirme qual sistema de controle est\u00e1 fornecendo antes de conectar. Inverter a polaridade do sinal n\u00e3o danificar\u00e1 a maioria dos atuadores modernos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No entanto, isso inverter\u00e1 o controle de posi\u00e7\u00e3o. A v\u00e1lvula abrir\u00e1 quando deveria fechar e fechar\u00e1 quando deveria abrir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para controle bin\u00e1rio on\/off, os comandos de abrir e fechar s\u00e3o normalmente conectados como entradas separadas. N\u00e3o deve ser confiada como um recurso de projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etapa 4: Teste e Comissionamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a montagem e a fia\u00e7\u00e3o conclu\u00eddas, o atuador est\u00e1 pronto para o comissionamento el\u00e9trico. Aplique energia e emita um comando de abertura do sistema de controle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Observe que a v\u00e1lvula se move na dire\u00e7\u00e3o correta. Se ela se mover na dire\u00e7\u00e3o errada, a dire\u00e7\u00e3o de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do motor pode ser revertida no menu de configura\u00e7\u00e3o do atuador.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em uma unidade trif\u00e1sica, trocar duas das tr\u00eas fases de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do motor obt\u00e9m o mesmo resultado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Execute a v\u00e1lvula atrav\u00e9s de pelo menos dois ciclos completos de abertura-fechamento sob controle el\u00e9trico antes de entregar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confirme se o feedback de posi\u00e7\u00e3o chega ao sistema de controle corretamente em ambos os pontos finais. Confirme se os contatos de alarme operam corretamente na ativa\u00e7\u00e3o do fim de curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de modula\u00e7\u00e3o, ajuste o sinal de controle atrav\u00e9s de v\u00e1rias posi\u00e7\u00f5es intermedi\u00e1rias: 4mA, 8mA, 12mA, 16mA, 20mA.
