Pode ser medido em Newton-metros (Nm) e polegadas-libras (in-lb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada v\u00e1lvula vem com uma especifica\u00e7\u00e3o de torque fornecida pelo fabricante da v\u00e1lvula. Combinado com qualquer press\u00e3o diferencial atrav\u00e9s da v\u00e1lvula, cria uma resist\u00eancia que deve ser superada antes que a v\u00e1lvula comece a se mover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para a maioria dos tipos de v\u00e1lvulas, o torque de partida \u00e9 de 1,3 a 1,5 vezes o torque de funcionamento. Em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de alta press\u00e3o ou v\u00e1lvulas que ficaram est\u00e1ticas por longos per\u00edodos, a propor\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser maior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Torque de Funcionamento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O torque de funcionamento \u00e9 a for\u00e7a necess\u00e1ria para continuar a girar o eixo da v\u00e1lvula durante seu curso, uma vez que ele come\u00e7ou a se mover. \u00c9 menor que o torque de partida porque a fric\u00e7\u00e3o din\u00e2mica \u00e9 menor que a fric\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1tica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O torque de funcionamento \u00e9 o que a folha de dados do fabricante da v\u00e1lvula normalmente publica como o torque operacional nominal em uma determinada press\u00e3o diferencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Torque de Assentamento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O torque de assentamento \u00e9 a for\u00e7a aplicada no final do curso para empurrar o disco ou esfera firmemente contra a sede.
