C'est toujours la valeur de couple la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e du cycle de fonctionnement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La friction statique entre le disque ou la bille et le si\u00e8ge. Combin\u00e9e \u00e0 toute pression diff\u00e9rentielle \u00e0 travers la vanne, elle cr\u00e9e une r\u00e9sistance qui doit \u00eatre surmont\u00e9e avant que la vanne ne commence \u00e0 bouger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la plupart des types de vannes, le couple de d\u00e9marrage est de 1,3 \u00e0 1,5 fois le couple de fonctionnement. Dans les applications \u00e0 haute pression ou pour les vannes qui sont rest\u00e9es statiques pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes, le rapport peut \u00eatre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Couple de fonctionnement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le couple de fonctionnement est la force requise pour continuer \u00e0 faire tourner la tige de la vanne tout au long de sa course une fois qu'elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 bouger. Il est inf\u00e9rieur au couple de d\u00e9marrage car la friction dynamique est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la friction statique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le couple de fonctionnement est ce que la fiche technique du fabricant de la vanne publie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comme couple de fonctionnement nominal \u00e0 une pression diff\u00e9rentielle donn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Couple de fermeture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le couple de fermeture est la force appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de la course pour pousser fermement le disque ou la bille contre le si\u00e8ge.
