L&#039;actionneur doit \u00eatre mont\u00e9 perpendiculairement \u00e0 la tige de la vanne, sans d\u00e9calage angulaire. Corrigez les probl\u00e8mes d&#039;alignement \u00e0 l&#039;aide de cales ou en ajustant les supports avant qu&#039;ils ne causent des dommages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proc\u00e9dures de test fonctionnel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des tests r\u00e9guliers permettent de v\u00e9rifier le bon fonctionnement des actionneurs en cas d&#039;urgence. Actionnez chaque actionneur sur toute sa course et observez attentivement son mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mouvement doit \u00eatre fluide, sans \u00e0-coups, grincements ni crissements. Des bruits inhabituels indiquent une usure interne ou une lubrification insuffisante. Soyez attentif aux fuites d&#039;air pendant le fonctionnement de l&#039;actionneur pneumatique\u00a0: un sifflement r\u00e9v\u00e8le un probl\u00e8me d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ou un raccord desserr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mesurez le temps de la course et comparez-le aux valeurs de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Des bulles indiquent une fuite d&#039;air. V\u00e9rifiez les emplacements suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zone d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l&#039;arbre \u00e0 la sortie de l&#039;arbre de sortie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joints d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et plaques de recouvrement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raccords pneumatiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9rivation interne (test par isolation des ports)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re fuite au niveau de l&#039;arbre peut ne pas interrompre imm\u00e9diatement le fonctionnement, mais elle indique une usure du joint et favorise l&#039;infiltration de salet\u00e9s. Pr\u00e9voyez le remplacement du joint avant que la fuite ne s&#039;aggrave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspectez tous les raccords de tuyauterie pneumatique avec de l&#039;eau savonneuse. Les fuites au niveau des raccords entra\u00eenent un gaspillage d&#039;air comprim\u00e9 et une r\u00e9duction de la force de l&#039;actionneur. Resserrer les raccords desserr\u00e9s ou remplacer rapidement les raccords endommag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les actionneurs hydrauliques, toute fuite de fluide externe n\u00e9cessite une intervention imm\u00e9diate. Remplacez les joints d\u00e9fectueux et appliquez un mastic d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 appropri\u00e9 sur les raccords filet\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lubrication-requirements\"><strong>Exigences de lubrification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une lubrification ad\u00e9quate pr\u00e9vient les frottements, l&#039;usure et la corrosion. De nombreux actionneurs modernes sont lubrifi\u00e9s en usine pour une dur\u00e9e de vie prolong\u00e9e, mais certains composants n\u00e9cessitent un entretien p\u00e9riodique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lubrification des composants internes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lubrification d&#039;usine dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des millions de cycles dans des conditions normales. Lors de l&#039;ouverture d&#039;un actionneur pour r\u00e9vision, nettoyez compl\u00e8tement la vieille graisse et appliquez du lubrifiant neuf sur\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dents d&#039;engrenage dans les mod\u00e8les \u00e0 engrenages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surfaces de glissement dans les m\u00e9canismes \u00e0 joug \u00e9cossais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>surfaces d&#039;appui et de bague<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ressorts h\u00e9lico\u00efdaux et tiges de guidage de ressorts (emp\u00eachent la corrosion et les grincements)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilisez les graisses recommand\u00e9es par le fabricant. La graisse EP au lithium convient aux engrenages m\u00e9talliques, tandis que la graisse silicone est adapt\u00e9e aux joints pneumatiques. Ne m\u00e9langez jamais de graisses incompatibles, car elles peuvent se s\u00e9parer ou durcir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consid\u00e9rations de conception facilitant la maintenance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les actionneurs modernes, comme ceux de la s\u00e9rie AOX-FQ, utilisent une graisse \u00e0 base d&#039;aluminium (type EP) qui garantit une lubrification homog\u00e8ne sur une plage de temp\u00e9ratures allant de -30 \u00b0C \u00e0 +75 \u00b0C. Veillez \u00e0 ce que ces composants coulissent librement afin d&#039;assurer un fonctionnement optimal en cas de besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9vitez la surlubrification.
